Masters Thesis

6 Credit Hours

Find a qualified supervisor to guide you on a regular basis throughout your proposal and

Thesis preparation. This supervisor must be approved by Dr. Hajjaj.

A letter of authorization must be sent to the approved supervisor stating that he/she is willing to accept this important task of being your supervisor from start to finish. This letter of acceptance must be signed and dated by the supervisor and then sent back to the University.

You must then find 2 qualified instructors to be a part of the panel along side your supervisor. These instructors must also be approved by Dr. Hajjaj and also sent a letter of acceptance that they need to sign and date as well as sending it back to the University.

You must send each panel member a copy of your Thesis by mail not by email so they have a chance to go through it.

You must set a date of conversation of defense which can be in a form of a conference call and set up by the University.

Once you are done defending your Thesis you will be dismissed from the call and your supervisor and the 2 panel members will discuss your Thesis and will inform you of any suggestions and corrections you need to make and will inform you if you passed or failed.

You must tell the English Department in the University the results of your defense whether it was pass or fail and all, if any notes or corrections that need to be done to your Thesis.

After you make all the corrections accurately and to the standards of the University then the University needs for you to send your Final Thesis in bounded form with hard cover (this you can have done at any printing shop).

On the hard cover itself you must include:

1-The Title of your Thesis

2-Your full name

3-Your Supervisor's full name and Title

4-The name of the University

5-Date of Dissertation

Once this is successfully completed and all fees have been paid you will be awarded your diploma.

Your Thesis is then kept in the Universities Archives.
