This course will focus on the deliverance of high quality performance in the overall educational environment & the exploration of effective driven educational leadership skills on all levels. The examination of theories and practices relating to effective and ethical leadership in educational settings will also be addressed. Topics include diagnosing the work environment, decision-making, problem-solving, strategic planning, and human resource development.
