The student will study the following subjects:

- Definition of controlling

- Definition of regulation

- Types of controlling: correctness tools and the developing of its tools

- Central Bank as self controlling institution

- Controlling and regulating Islamic Banks by Islamic laws and its tools

- Judging Islamic regulations and the impact of it
