Islam & Science PhD-913 6 Credit Hours
This course will help the student to know how every science whether it is addressing social issues or any other science cannot be in conflict with Al-Isalm.
The student will realize that whenever ‘Al-‘Ilm is mentioned in Al-Qur’an or the ‘Ahadeeth; it only refers to ‘Ilm Ad-Deen (everything related to the belief
in Allah and His Messenger and the laws that Al-Qur’an and the Sunnah addressed). Any other area of knowledge “‘Ilm” whether Al-Qur’an addressed it directly or indirectly, must be in full harmony of the laws of Allah in a broader meaning. In other words Allah’s Law that runs this universe is called Al-Islam.
