Foundation of Jurisprudence PhD-912 3 Credit Hours
This course will help the students to know how the scholars of Usool (foundation) Al-Fiqh (Jurisprudence) were able to form their rules of Usool Al-Fiqh and the sources that they relied upon; including the reasons that caused them to differ amongst each other; also, this course will focus on how Usool Al-Fiqh helped the scholars of Fiqh to be able to use their rules as a measuring stick in forming the science of Fiqh.
