Usool-ul-Fiqh II

Course Objectives:
To enable the student to know the sources of ahkam in depth, those agreed upon (Qur’an, Sunnahand ijma’) and those not agreed upon (qiyas, the revealed laws preceding the Shari’ah of Islam,istihsan, etc). Also the student will be able to understand why the ulema disagree with each other and in some of the fiqh issues.
