2 Credit Hours

Students will study the following subjects: 
* Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence, the commands and prohibitions both public and private, the absolute and unrestricted described in detail and generally. 
* The Abrogater and the abrogated, the consensus, measurement and evidences which are disputed, diligence (ijtihad) and the laws that govern it.
