Students will study the following subjects:
* The definition of the governing body both linguistically and religiously based on evidences found in Al-Qur'an and Sunnah , the criteria of judges, the appointment and removal of judges, the concept of the court system, the multiplicity of the judges in one jurisdiction, the assistants of the judge and the judge's authority.
